Please note that Badlands Brigade is a one-woman show, and you will communicate with Hailey, the shop owner, directly. While we strive to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours, some instances may take longer to address. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Though we are working 7-days per week, please expect most responses to be delivered Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM (PST).
