At Badlands Brigade, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review the details below to better understand how we process and ship your orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information.
During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and support.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–12 business days

Express Shipping (Domestic): 3–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider.
Shipping Providers
We work with a variety of reliable shipping partners—including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL—to ensure fast and secure delivery. The provider will be chosen based on your location and shipping selection.
Shipping Destinations
We ship both domestically and internationally.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Badlands Brigade is not liable for any charges imposed during or after shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. If an incorrect address was provided and the package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost deliveries.
